The first session will take about 1.5 hours and involves a comprehensive health history as well as providing concrete recommendations for lifestyle and diet changes. A 30 min follow-up conversation is included. $100
Seasonal and as needed follow-up sessions. $70

Learn how breathing, meditation, and movement can nourish and heal your nervous system and recalibrate your stress responses. These exercises can be beneficial on their own or as part of a larger shift in life habits.
A weekly session is held Saturday mornings at the JMRL Northside Library at 9:15am
