Weekly Breathing and Meditation

Join for community breathing and mediation. Each session will include some gentle movement and mobility, breathing exercises, and a guided meditation.

This class is perfect for those feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, out of sorts, starting in meditation, and curious- said another way, everyone!

Class will be 30-45 min. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing
