Introduction to Ayurveda

Join for an introduction to the main principles of Ayurveda and how they can be applied in your life.

We'll discuss the history of Ayurveda, the tri-doshic theory, the idea of balancing qualities in life, daily routines, and tips for the season. The session will include a brief breathing and meditation exercise.

An Ayurvedic treat will be served.

Weekly Breathing and Meditation

Join for community breathing and mediation. Each session will include some gentle movement and mobility, breathing exercises, and a guided meditation.

This class is perfect for those feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, out of sorts, starting in meditation, and curious- said another way, everyone!

Class will be 30-45 min. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing
